CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% non-refundable fee of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. We appreciate your understanding and support as this policy allows us to serve all our clients efficiently and fairly.
